Delivery & Returns

Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)

All our vinyls and stickers are made to order, so each item is freshly printed and laminated once we receive your order. We try to get your order out as quickly as possible; however, during busy periods, it may take a couple of days to process. We only use Royal Mail, and while our posties are usually very reliable, sometimes they get busy. You can expect your lovely parcel to arrive within 3–5 working days. You'll also receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can track your delivery progress on the Royal Mail website.

RETURNS

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of delivery as you are aware you want to return the item. You can email us at:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Stickers should be in their original condition and packaging and must retain any tags that were attached.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and refunds may be subject to up to a seven-day inspection period.

Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

***Shipping costs are non-refundable.
